Short version: TransLa connects people who need translation work with translators.
We collect only what the service needs — your account details, the profile and
certificate material you submit, your approximate location only if you turn the
location switch on, and the messages and orders you create. We do not sell data,
we run no advertising or third-party analytics SDK, and you can delete your
account from inside the app.
简述：译直通把「有翻译需求的人」和「译员」撮合到一起。我们只收集服务必需的信息——账号资料、你提交的档案与证书材料、仅在你打开定位开关后的位置信息，以及你产生的消息与订单。我们不出售数据，不接入任何广告或第三方统计 SDK，你可以在应用内直接注销账号。
Account: login name, and either a mobile number or an email address (your choice), plus a password used only to authenticate you (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
账号：登录名，以及手机号或邮箱（二者择一），和仅用于身份校验的密码（以加盐哈希保存，绝非明文）。
Profile: display name, city, industry, languages and proficiency; for clients, optional company and credit information; for translators, optional certificates (e.g. TEM-4/8, CATTI) and the certificate holder name.
Uploads: certificate photos you attach to verify your credentials, and — if you buy a membership — the payment reference number and/or transfer screenshot you submit so we can confirm the payment.

Service content: translation requests you post, orders, chat messages with the other party, and ratings/reviews you write.

Collected automatically自动收集
Location: only after you enable the in-app location switch (it is off by default). We use it to pre-fill your city and to show nearby requests or translators within about 10 km. Your precise coordinates are stored for your own account and shown back only to you — the other party sees only a rounded distance. The app explains this on screen before it ever asks Android for the location permission, and never reads your location in the background.
Notifications: if you grant the notification permission, we deliver new-message and order-status alerts.

Advertising identifiers, contacts, call logs, SMS, browsing history, or health/financial account data. The app contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics), and no social-login SDK.
Create and authenticate your account, and recover access.

Match clients with translators, including by industry, language and distance.

3. Sharing3. 与谁共享
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
我们不出售你的个人信息，也不会为广告目的共享。
The other party: when you accept or invite an order, the counterparty sees your display name, rating and the contact details you choose to exchange. Until you tap “Invite to take this order” in the chat, phone numbers and email addresses inside messages are masked automatically.
Hosting: the app talks to our own server, which stores the data described above.
托管：应用只与我们自有服务器通信，上述数据保存在该服务器上。
Payments: membership fees are paid by you directly to the operator’s receiving account via a QR code shown in the app. We receive only the reference number or screenshot you submit — we never see or store your bank or wallet credentials.
Fonts: the app downloads its display typeface from a public font CDN when it starts, so that provider receives your IP address as part of that request.

Legal: we may disclose data where required by law or to protect users’ rights and safety.

4. Retention and deletion4. 保留与删除
Delete your account in the app: open Me → Delete account and confirm. This removes your account profile and all login tokens immediately; the app signs you out.
What remains: requests, orders and reviews you took part in are kept as business records so the other party’s history stays intact; your name in those records is replaced with “deleted account”.
Uploaded images: certificate photos and payment screenshots are retained for verification and dispute handling. Email us to have them deleted.
上传图片：证书照片与支付截图会因审核与争议处理需要而保留。你可以发邮件要求删除。
Requests you posted can be taken down by you at any time; a request that already has an order cannot be deleted while the order is active.
发布的需求可随时下架；已产生订单的需求在订单进行中不可删除。
5. Your choices5. 你的选择与控制
Edit or correct your profile at any time from Me → Edit profile.
可随时在「我的 → 编辑档案」中修改或更正资料。
Turn location off in Settings (or in Android system settings) — the app keeps working; city selection becomes manual.
可在「设置」或安卓系统设置中关闭定位——应用仍可正常使用，只是城市需手动选择。
Revoke the notification permission in Android settings to stop push alerts.
在安卓系统设置中撤销通知权限即可停止推送提醒。
Ask us for a copy of, or the deletion of, the data tied to your account (see Contact).
可向我们索取与你账号相关数据的副本，或要求删除（见「联系我们」）。
Report a member, a demand or a conversation from inside the app (reason: spam, scam, harassment, explicit content, fake identity, illegal content, other). Every report is reviewed by our operations team; the reported party is never told who reported them.
Block a member from their profile page: you stop seeing each other, and neither side can message or invite the other. Unblock any time in Settings → Blocking & reports.
Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS.

Contact details shown in chat are masked until both sides agree to exchange them.

Access to the operator’s admin console is token-protected.

Passwords are never stored in plain text: we keep only a salted PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 hash with a random per-account salt, so we cannot read your password (and cannot recover it either — we can only reset it).
No method is perfect; please use a password unique to this service.
没有任何方式是绝对安全的，建议为本服务设置独立密码。
7. Children7. 儿童隐私
TransLa is a professional translation marketplace and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
